【平成31年日本時間学会設立10周年記念大会演題募集】
本年、6月8日（土）～9日（日）に山口大学会館（山口市吉田キャンパス）で日本時間学会設立10周年記念大会が開催されます。
日本時間学会は時間学という新たな学問領域の確立を目的として2009年に設立された学会で、
生物時計のメカニズム、生活のリズムと病気との関連、時間管理の社会政策、文化圏ごとの暦の多様性など諸分野の研究に関わる分野融合的な活動を行なっています。
学会誌として，『時間学研究』を発行し、査読付き原著論文を中心に、時間学に関する学術的な情報発信も行なっています。
これまで毎年１回の大会を開催してきましたが、今年は設立10周年記念大会となります。
大会中は、一般発表の他、時間学研究所主催の時間学公開シンポジウムと，時間学関係の特別講演会などが予定されています（詳細未定）。
このたび一般発表の演題募集を開始しました。
一般発表の発表申し込みの〆切は4月10日（水），発表用アブストラクトの提出期限は4月22日（月）です。
発表形式は、口頭発表とポスター発表となります。
発表するためには、日本時間学会会員になる必要があります。

This year the Japanese Society for Time Studies’ annual conference will celebrate JSTS’s 10th Anniversary Conference and will be held on June 8th to 9th, 2019 at Yamaguchi University’s Yoshida Campus Assembly Hall.
With the goal of bringing fresh insights into the field of Time studies, the Japanese Society for Time Studies (JSTS) was established in 2009, which was also the year of its first annual conference. At that conference, an array of topics like the innate time mechanisms of living things; the relationship between lifestyle-rhythm and illnesses; social policies regarding time management; and the diversity of calendars found in various cultures, were all brought together. JSTS also founded a peer reviewed academic journal, Time Studies (Jikangaku kenkyū), for the purpose of disseminating scholarship related to the study of Time.
JSTS has been holding yearly conferences, but this year will be a special 10th Anniversary Conference. During the conference, aside from researchers delivering individual papers, there will be a symposium held by the conference organizer (the Research Institute for Time Studies) as well as other special guests delivering presentations related to Time. (Details of which will be publicized in the weeks leading up to the conference.)
At this time, we cordially invite presenters to first inform us of their intention to participate by Wednesday, April 10th, 2019. After which, we will expect short, concise abstracts to be submitted in full no later than Monday, April 22nd. Poster presentations will also be accepted.
